Recently, I began a new job. On my first day I was introduced to my new working space with a nice computer, which at that time was a decoration. I couldn't open any programs that were necessary in order to perform my duties. I immediately panicked! Thinking I wasn't going to get anyone fast enough to get me up and running so I could do my job. I called a friend whom refereed me to PHI.
